I added support for a "killed" property on tasks because it's just as valuable to kill tasks as it is to complete them sometimes.

I timed this because adding something like this happens to be a rare discrete task. I hit no real blockers, but getting it into the list view, tree view, and types took me 50 minutes!

This should make me rethink some aspects of my contracting work as well as the doability of my other projects.
